Return policy and cancellation of orders
According to Danish law you are entitled to cancel and return the order for a period of 14 days. Under the circumstances that the products are returned unused and in original packaging – do not write on the original packaging.
You choose whether you would other products in exchange or money back.
You are obliged to cover your expenses related to return of products.
The right to cancel an order ends 14 days after you have received the product or products.
In case you wish to return the goods, you must within 14 days from receiving the goods give us notice that you wish to do so. That is done by sending an email to info@gejst.com In the email you must make it clear that you wish to use your right to cancel and regret your purchase.
You can not regret simply by denying receiving of the goods without give us prior notice here of.
Return Policy
You must sent your order directly back to us without any unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after you have inform us you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for covering the direct expenses related to return of the product or products. You are responsible for the time of delivery.
The right to return a product requires that the product and packaging is in same condition as when it was received. And that the product must is unused.
If you choose to return a product via postal service or similar, you must use the packaging in which the product was delivered.
The customer covers the expenses related to the return of a product and is responsible for that the product is safely packed and is returned without damage.
Returned products will be examined and evaluated, any deterioration in the value of a product will be subtracted from the sales price. You are responsible for any deterioration in value of a product which is not simply caused by the handling necessary to determine which product it is and its properties. With other words, you may test and try the product as in a physical shop / showroom.
Deterioration of products is based on the value which the product can be sold for.
From the time a product is returned, there may be a delay of 5-14 days before the money is available in your bank account.

Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact info@gejst.com
We have a 2 year warranty from the day a product is received. Make sure to keep your receipt for documentation. If you against all odds would like to file a complaint of think there is anything we should know, you are always welcome to contact us.
Complaints about a product can not be caused by misuse. If a complaint is accepted we reserve the right to repair and/or replace the product. In this situation we will cover any expenses related to this.
You must file your complaint within a reasonable time frame. If you file your complaint within 2 month after you have discovered the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
