Shipping costs
Orders over 150EUR are freight free to most of countries. Some countries could variate especially outside EU.
Delivery:
We ship with GLS, UPS or DHL.
European shipments delivery time around 2-4 days
For international shipments delivery time may take up to 14 days.
Big boxes and furniture may be shipped on pallets.
In this case we will contact you by email or phone to make the needed arrangements regarding delivery details.
Important
In case the goods are damaged during transport, you must not accept the delivery. If you do, you will be responsible for the goods.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCAL CUSTOMS AND VAT WILL BE CHARGED WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU

Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Gejst Customer Service team at +45 77 99 00 12 or info@gejst.com within three (3) days of receipt. 

If you wish to return an item we provide 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. Please use the following return label if there is such, or contact us on +45 77 99 00 12 or info@gejst.com, and we will assist with your return. Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. If living in Europe we recommend that you use the preprinted return label. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Payment will be returned upon receipt of the item. This will usually take 2-3 working days.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special ordered items.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Gejst.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Claim
Any defects in items supplied by gejst.com must be invoked within 24 months after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If you discover an error, please contact Customer Service at +45 77 99 00 12 or claim@gejst.com. You can only complain about errors that appear within two (2) years after the item has been delivered.

Cancellation Policy
In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special ordered items cannot be cancelled.

Pre Order

Please be aware that on pre orders we charge your money within 7 days and sent you the order as soon as item is on stock. This usually only happens when news are launched, before they are stocked. Items on pre order will be specific stated on Gejst.com

Disclosure
Purchase orders can be concluded in Danish or English and are kept by us for five (5) years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.

 

Price and Payment
You can pay with varietes payment methods. Check out the possibilities on Gejst.com. All prices at Gejst.com are incl. VAT. Each time you purchase a product we will email a confirmation, after which your purchase will be packed and shipped. Special order items will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them in stock. The payment will be withdrawn immediately after shipping for in-stock items and when receiving a custom, pre order or special made order. 

Privacy
We process your data according to the EU's new Personal Data Regulation, GDPR, implemented on May 25, 2018.

The personal data we handle will be processed under applicable data protection rules.
