Lium is inspired by the mood of fall. The slightly curved lampshade is reminiscent of autumn leaves that have just fallen in the wind. The leaf rests gently on the lamp body and creates subtle plays of light and shadow that change with the viewer's perspective. The slightly conical base, reminiscent of a tree trunk, reinforces the natural, organic character of the design.
The design is functional and minimal, and characterized by simple elegance and timelessness. With its unique aesthetics, the lamp stands out and at the same time blends into many indoor and outdoor environments. I see the lamp in spaces that are looking for a calm aesthetic, not luxury, rather the opposite. Depending on the direction, Lium creates a dynamic interplay of direct and indirect light. Thanks to this versatility, it can adapt to different environments - providing soft, glare-free lighting or accentuating a space with direct light. Whether in private interiors or public environments, Lium responds to the mood and needs of the moment. In a restaurant, for example, the Lium can be aligned in such a way that the people opposite have indirect light, but at the same time different light and shadow patterns are created in the room.
Lium is carefully proportioned to create a pleasant atmosphere — low enough to allow unobstructed conversation across the table, yet bright enough to serve as the sole source of light. The design balances function and comfort. Thanks to the flexible interplay of direct and indirect lighting, the lamp can be effortlessly adapted to different needs and situations.

The studio´s work revolves around the search for clear ideas and strict aesthetics with a unique and strong identity. The aim is to create products that are both physically and visually durable. It is an approach to modern simplicity with a clear visual expression. Rooted in an architectural mindset, the working process is based on functional needs and basic human behaviour, with the aim of achieving a responsible and useful impact on our environment. The results are restrained, challenging and logical and reduced to their essence, minimal and simple, yet significant with a quiet strength — subtle yet distinctive.
