The Oya Laundry Basket redefines a household essential. Traditionally hidden away, the laundry basket becomes a statement piece that enhances the interior whether placed in the bedroom, hallway or utility room.

Crafted from perforated metal in collaboration with Søren Rose Studio, Oya combines durability with lightness. Two overlapping shells create a distinctive floral-like pattern, transforming an industrial material into an elegant design object.

Available in Warm Grey and Dark Grey, Oya brings subtle sophistication and timeless functionality into everyday living and comes with a 75-liter cotton bag.

The name OYA is inspired by the Japanese word kakomu, meaning to surround or embrace. The name also echoes tsutsumi (to conceal) and the organic form of the tulip, folding softly around its core. With their round, shiny surfaces and distinctive “halo” ring, the baskets combine function and design, embracing and framing everyday contents with sculptural elegance.
